After our team has finished editing the photographs, they will be sent to you via a WeTransfer. The link to the photographs will be found in your inbox (sometimes it ends up in your junk folder). Follow the WeTransfer link, click download and you’re done! This can be done on any smart phone, desktop or tablet.

Whilst we endeavour to stage the scene as best as possible, we require the space to be tidied and decluttered before the shoot. Due to Covid 19 – we ask the owner to move unwanted objects. We provide a brief checklist for home owners (these are given to the agent to hand out prior to the shoot), for tips on getting their property ready for photographs. 

Shoots Mon-Fri, you can expect to receive the photographs and floorplan back within 24-36hrs of shoot departure. On the weekends you will receive the photographs the next working day.

Predominately we cover Hertfordshire, Essex & North London. However if you’re further away, please get in touch and we can provide you with an alternate quote.
